Job Vacancy at Greentech Balear

At Greentech Balear, an installation company in Mallorca, we are expanding our team and looking for people with knowledge in air conditioning, heat pumps, maintenance and photovoltaic installations.
We work for homeowners and businesses on the island, many of them German- or English-speaking residents. That is why we value profiles used to dealing with clients in a clear and approachable way, and who can explain technical work without complications.
What profiles we are looking for in our HVAC team
We are not looking for a single closed profile. We are interested in people with technical training and practical experience in any of the areas we work in. If you recognise yourself in any of these lines, you can send us your application:
- Air conditioning: installation and commissioning of air conditioning equipment, as well as its review and adjustment.
- Heat pumps and aerothermal systems: assembly and connection of heat pump systems, including pool heat pumps.
- Maintenance: periodic inspections of installations and resolution of incidents in the emergency service.
- Photovoltaic installations: assembly of solar panels and self-consumption systems, with attention to detail on roofs and electrical panels.
- Heating and ventilation: support in heating installations and ventilation systems.
We also value the ability to work in a team, punctuality and care for materials. In an installation company, order in the van and on site is part of the service the client receives.
Day to day: field work in Mallorca
The work is mainly carried out in homes and premises on the island. A day might start with the review of an air conditioning installation, continue with the assembly of a heat pump and end with the check of an electrical panel. There is also room for scheduled maintenance tasks and for attending occasional calls.
That is why we are looking for people who feel comfortable working in the field, who can read a diagram, handle tools and communicate with the owner respectfully. Previous experience in installations is important, but so is the attitude to learn how the equipment we work with operates.
